My role
Complex, technical, and specialized events for experienced developers. Carefully selected speakers will help you navigate industry trends, tools, approaches, and global updates to languages and platforms.

Large companies purchase between 10 and 100 conference tickets, which presents a challenge in distributing them among employees. Previously, the HR department manually sent tickets to each employee, a process that was both time-consuming and complicated. Additionally, our company lacked an efficient way to communicate with guests.
It was decided to create several personal accounts: one for companies (for ticket purchasing and distribution), one for speakers (to discuss presentations with organizers, make travel arrangements, etc.), and one for guests (for accessing speaker videos and additional materials).
A dedicated landing page was created for conference guests, informing them about the event invitation they received and inviting them to register for their personal account.

In the personal account, speakers can manage their presentations and track progress. They can also fill in all the necessary details about the presentation, including language, difficulty level, and other specifics.
Reports
To improve efficiency and simplify the development process, a component library was created. It contains pre-made elements used across various layouts, allowing us to reduce development time and maintain consistency in the interfaces.

NEXT STEPS
Due to the COVID pandemic and the cancellation of all offline events, we decided to take on a new task — creating a portal for online conferences.
A guide was also prepared for partners to help them navigate the customizable elements more easily.
User Convenience
We aim to provide users with more than just the ability to watch conferences online. The platform features a user-friendly and visually appealing schedule of streams, access to archived videos, and a comprehensive list of all activities, including giveaways and promotional events.

Attractiveness for Sponsors and Partners
In the offline format, partners had dedicated spaces with booths to interact with visitors. In the online environment, we created virtual booths and an interactive game where users could navigate a virtual room, engaging with other participants and representatives from partner companies.
On the main page, users can explore videos from previous conferences, including noteworthy materials and speakers, and easily navigate to links for upcoming or ongoing events.

Main page
Just like in offline events, the conference card featured all the same activities, including exhibitions, tracks, and playlists of past presentations. The virtual exhibition booths were designed to reflect the partners' branding, and clicking on a booth would redirect users to the partner’s page. Users could navigate the conference page either through traditional means or by using an interactive 2D game.

Just like the booths on the previous page, the partner page could also be branded. Although we did not develop a separate solution for this, we provided our partners with a straightforward customization option using our tools.

For special partners, we created completely unique pages with subtle animations.
General partner
The broadcast card, or presentation page, features all the key information on the first screen, along with partner logos that link to their individual pages.
Broadcasting
The conference spans four days, with each day divided into multiple tracks. Users can add any presentation to their favorites, creating a personalized schedule. If a presentation is missed, it can always be watched on demand.
Schedule
The presentation page includes comprehensive details such as the topic, tags, date and time, difficulty level, additional materials, speakers, and guest experts. It also features buttons for adding to favorites and sharing.

Results
As a result of my work, the team received the structure and design of a personal account, complete with ready-made components and guides on how to use them, enabling the scaling of the personal account based on future tasks. Additionally, the design of an online conference platform was provided, featuring a conference card, a schedule of multiple streams, and a broadcast card.
